At Party Link, customer satisfaction is important to us. Please read our returns and refund policy carefully before placing an order.

1. Custom & Personalised Products

Custom-made and personalised items are non-refundable and non-returnable once production has started.

This includes:

* Custom party packs
* Stickers and labels
* Personalised décor
* Backdrops
* Printed items
* Custom dessert toppers

Customers are responsible for checking all spelling, names, dates, colours, and design approvals before confirmation.

2. Rental Equipment

Rental equipment includes:

* Jumping castles
* Tables and chairs
* Cabana tents
* Backdrop stands
* Flooring and décor items

Customers are responsible for ensuring equipment is used safely and returned in its original condition.

No refunds will be issued for:

* Damage caused by misuse
* Stains, tears, burns, or breakages
* Missing items
* Late cancellations

A refundable security deposit of R500 may apply to selected rentals. Should damage occur, the deposit will not be refunded.

3. Food & Dessert Items

Due to health and safety regulations, food and dessert items cannot be returned or refunded once prepared or delivered.

This includes:

* Dessert cups
* Cupcakes
* Party treats
* Catering items

4. Cancellations

DIY & Rental Packages

* Cancellations made more than 7 days before the event may qualify for a partial refund.
* Late cancellations may result in cancellation fees.

Custom Orders

Once custom production has started, cancellations are not permitted.

5. Delivery Fees

Delivery and setup fees are non-refundable once dispatch or setup preparation has begun.

6. Damaged or Incorrect Orders

If you receive an incorrect or damaged item, please contact us within 24 hours of collection or delivery with clear photos and order details.

Party Link will assess the issue and determine an appropriate solution where applicable.
