Party Link provides party supplies, décor, dessert items, custom party products, rentals, and kiddies event packages in South Africa.
We reserve the right to update products, pricing, policies, and these terms at any time without prior notice.

2. Orders
* All orders are subject to availability.
* Custom orders require customer approval before production begins.
* Full or partial payment may be required before booking confirmation.
* Prices displayed on the website are in South African Rand (ZAR).

3. Custom Products
Custom products include:
* Party stickers
* Party packs
* Dessert labels
* Backdrops
* Personalised décor items
Customers are responsible for:
* Correct spelling
* Correct names and dates
* Uploaded images and artwork quality
Party Link is not responsible for customer-approved design errors after confirmation.

4. Rentals
Rental items may include:
* Jumping castles
* Tables and chairs
* Backdrops
* Décor equipment
Rental terms:
* Equipment must be returned in original condition.
* Customers are responsible for damages, loss, or excessive dirt.
* Late returns may result in additional charges.
* Adult supervision is required for jumping castles and kiddies equipment.
* No shoes are allowed on jumping castles or selected rental equipment.
* No sharp objects, food, drinks, slime, face paint, or pets are allowed on the equipment.
* Customers are responsible for ensuring rental equipment is used safely at all times.
* A refundable security deposit of R500 may be charged on selected rental items.
* Should damage occur to the equipment, the R500 deposit will not be refunded.

Accepted payment methods may include:
* EFT
* Card payments
* Online checkout payments
Orders may only be processed after payment reflects.

6. Cancellations & Refunds
Custom Orders
Custom/personalised items are non-refundable once production has started.
Rentals
Rental cancellations may qualify for partial refunds depending on cancellation timing.
Party Link reserves the right to refuse refunds for:
* Last-minute cancellations
* Completed custom work
* Customer-approved designs

7. Delivery & Collection
* Delivery times may vary depending on location and order size.
* Customers must provide accurate delivery details.
* Party Link is not responsible for delays caused by couriers, load shedding, weather, or unforeseen circumstances.

8. Limitation of Liability
Party Link shall not be held liable for:
* Injuries during use of rented equipment
* Allergic reactions to food items
* Delays outside our control
* Customer misuse of products
Use of rental equipment is at the customer’s own risk.
